Manufacturing Test Technician - Wireless/Network Infrastructure

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Manufacturing Test Technican will be responsible for manufacturing test activities within the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a manufacturing or production, working with various Engineering teams to ensure immediate support within a time-sensitive manufacturing environment. Excellent hands-on soldering / troubleshooting and rework skills are required. Ability to read schematics is essential.

JOB DETAILS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

BSEE with 2-3 years experience or graduate from a Technical school with 7+ yrs experience.
Good hands on experience in solder/rework, along with lab equipment such as Scopes, Logic analyzer , Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators
Design and run various tests for different groups. Be able to analyze data and generate reports summarizing the testing.
Good troubleshooting skills of analog, digital, and RF.
Track equipment usage and make recommendations on new lab purchases/leasing/rentals in a cost effective manner.
Design and build some SCH/PCB circuitry for lab use. Track their use and maintain current ECN levels.
Ability to read schematics.
Ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced startup environment is a definite requirement.
Good communication skills.
