JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work with other engineers and embedded software team to implement enterprise applications that leverage On-Ramp Ultra-Link wireless protocol. Focus on quality and produce suite of comprehensive unit tests for delivered functionality. Collaborate with QA team on test planning and automated testing. Work with front-end team on integration and usability related issues. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader that advocates for product-focused solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of programming in Java for widely deployed web application (Spring/JSP/Servlets) in the enterprise market. Experience in wireless, telecom or network management highly desired.
3+ years of experience with Hibernate in a production environment required.
3+ years XHTML/CSS/JavaScript (JQuery or similar) required.
Strong Object Orient Analysis and Design skills.
Expert level SQL skills including query tuning and database performance optimization in high-volume applications.
Experience with Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server setup and administration required.
Experience with both decision-support (OLAP) and transactional (OLTP) schemas required.
Deep knowledge of Tomcat configuration and administration required.
Knowledge of GWT in a production environment highly desired.
Experience with Lucene in a production environment desired.
Attention to detail and results oriented.
Excellent communicator that will be a visible and active leader.
