JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal SQA Engineer will offer strong experience and be an advocate for resolving customer issues of usability and quality. The SQA Engineer will work closely with Engineering and Product Management on test planning, and will write/maintain automated test suite (Python, Selenium, etc.) as part of the build process.

JOB DETAILS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with engineering on debugging and diagnosis of issues.
Manage application bug tracking process including prioritization and “scrub” process.
Develop release plans in collaboration with engineering.
Assist Technical Writer in drafting customer documentation.
Act as the sys admin for test and build machines.
The ideal candidate is driven to produce great products and will be an active and visible member of the development team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in wireless, telecom or network management highly desired.

3+ years of experience doing web or network application testing for a widely deployed enterprise or consumer application.
3+ years of programming experience, preferably in Python or Perl, required.
3+ years of experience with automated web testing using Selenium, Silk or Watir required.
Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle setup and basic administration.
Linux system administration and networking experience required.
Attention to detail and results oriented.
Excellent communicator that will be a visible and active contributor.
