BSEE/BSCS, preferably a MSEE/MSCS or related degree and 5+ years of practical experience. The ideal candidate will have technical experience and knowledge in several of the following areas:
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge in XML, SOAP/REST is required.
- Be able to write Java/XML/HTML, JSP/Servlet, AJAX, JavaScript code/scripts.
- Experience developing Web services would be valuable.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (MySQL or other open source Databases), Java or .NET, Apache, Python is required. (LAMP).
- Experience in Linux development environment is required.
- Being able to work on the user interface from both EMS/NMS, as well as the embedded Network Element side, would be preferred.
- Understand TCP/IP protocols.
- Understanding of Wireless technologies including WLAN, CDMA, and GSM would be preferred.
OTHERS
- A can do attitude and willingness to step in to any role as needed by the team including test, and support.
- Must be a good team player and be able to handle pressure in a fast-moving environment.
- Good communication skills.
